On Tuesday, January 19, West Cafe’s ever-popular wine dinner returns - featuring downtown Portland’s most delectable cuisine and 5 exquisite Spanish wines including Francoli, Brut Cava, NV, Bodegas del Rosario, Monastrell, 2007,  Protos, Ribero del Duero “Roble”, Tempranillo 2007, Bodegas Lozano, Gran Reserva, Tempranillo/Cabernet 1998 and Protos, Ribero del Duero “Crianza”, Tempranillo 2003.
