Dearest West Cafe Staff and Sean and Doug,

I just want to take a moment to thank you profusely!!! I am fortunate enough to work down the street from your WONDERFUL establishment, West Cafe, and I enjoy coming in frequently. This is due to two things: first, your food is always great (plus you serve Dragonfly Chai) and second (yet most importantly), you guys are the nicest, kindest, MOST ACCOMMODATING restaurant manager/owners I have ever met.  You are both always more than willing to go above and beyond to respond to any random request I might have or strange modification that I would like. I wanted you to know how much I really appreciate that - it is something that continues to be more and more rare these days.
