Third Course:
2006 Savignola Paulina Chianti Classico, Greve in Chianti, Tuscany, IT

(This is a crowd pleasing, rich, velvety smooth deep wine with 30% ripasso grapes. Big bold body with a touch of rustic complexity. Traditional style of Valpolicella. Delicious.)
A slice of Chocolate Cake with Chocolate frosting and a surprise layer in the center. Guess what the secret ingredient is at the tasting?
