For those of you who don’t know us, we are Westcafe. A quaint casually elegant restaurant in downtown Portland. The food we offer falls under the category of New American. We have the classics as well as some delicious fusion foods from various flavors from around the world. Being a good Portland restaurant, you can bet we have vegetarian and vegan options. We will actually be expanding our vegan menu and invite you to check it out.

We like to think of ourselves as the ‘happening’ Portland bistro and restaurant with live music every Saturday. Did I mention our Portland music shows are free? Yes, well they are free. But get this; to top it off we have succumbed to the frequent request of expaning our happy hour hours and just made all night one long happy hour. We’d change the name to happy-all-night-long but people might not get it; though we are happy all night long and happy to offer happy hour all night long. So come in and catch up with your friends.

If you’re into brunch (which we think you should be) we got a decadent selection of brunchy items, again traditional and fusion.Perhaps it’s the end of the day and you don’t want to sit down at a table we have a great lounge. on hot days we open up our window-doors so it’s like you’re sitting on a couch right on the sidewalk.

For a Portland restaurant we got all your Portland venue requirements, vegan-friendly, veggie-friendly, all-orientation-friendly, live music, fusion foods, chill atmosphere, solid green efforts and we’re even pooch-friendly (outdoor seating only though, otherwise we’d be breaking code).
