In Mindy’s own words: “Some of my earliest memories revolve around two of the things I love most: family and music. West Café is proud to present Portland recording artist and performer Carol Rossio.  Carol is a shining light on the Pacific Northwest jazz scene, performing jazz and pop with French flair – ooh-la-la!
